Marketing Manager
Location: Central London – Hybrid, 2 days a week
Salary: Up to £60,000 + bonus and benefits
Client Overview: Global fashion and sportswear retailer with 500+ head‑office staff, partnering with key fashion and sports brands.
Your Main Tasks:
- Create and execute marketing plans to drive B2C awareness and sales.
- Plan and run campaigns: ads, emails, socials, events and other activations.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective spend.
- Collaborate with designers, agencies and retail partners to produce creatives (posters, videos, online ads).
- Conduct market and competitor research to refine strategy.
- Produce content – blogs, emails, social posts and other communication materials.
- Track performance metrics and report insights to improve future campaigns.
- Align all marketing activities with brand standards and retailer objectives.
- Stay current on digital marketing tools, trends and emerging platforms.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4–7 years in fashion or sportswear retail product marketing, ideally in a brick‑and‑mortar environment.
- Proven success running end‑to‑end marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge – SEO, PPC, social media advertising, e‑mail and content marketing.
- Experience managing external partners and agencies.
- In‑depth understanding of UK and European retail markets.
- Passion for sport and fashion.
- Data‑driven mindset – comfortable with numbers and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with online marketing tools (Google Ads, HubSpot, social platforms) and marketing automation/CRM (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Creative thinker willing to experiment with new ideas.
- Mentoring or leading experience is a plus.
