We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our client’s growing team. This is a hybrid role, ideal for someone with a strong network in the property finance sector who thrives on building relationships, structuring deals, and driving new business.
- Leverage an existing network of development finance contacts to generate new business.
- Identify and source new lending opportunities across bridging, refurbishment, and development finance.
- Cultivate long-term relationships, nurturing new and existing clients into repeat lending opportunities.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activity, and shifts in credit appetite.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and meetings to strengthen market presence.
- Ensure all loan applications adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
Background in property finance—preference for development finance, bridging and refurbishment finance. Proven networking and business development skills with a strong introducer and client network. Experience across residential and commercial assets preferred, residential experience essential. Strong understanding of credit risk and ability to analyse property project data. Comfortable working in a field-based role, meeting clients and introducers directly.
