A fast-growing specialist finance provider is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the continued expansion of its lending portfolio. The Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, building and maintaining introducer relationships, and contributing to the growth of the lending book.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow the business loan portfolio.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with brokers and introducers across the UK.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Originate and execute finance transactions, assessing security and recommending suitable lending terms.
