As a Business Development Executive/Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving new business and building strong partnerships. Your role will involve identifying and onboarding new dealers and introducers, managing a personal pipeline, and delivering tailored finance solutions. You’ll also play a key role in representing our client at industry events and ensuring VIP clients receive a premium service. This is a hybrid role based in the City of London, offering the perfect balance of autonomy and team collaboration. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client journey, while also enjoying the flexibility of working from home two days a week.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and nurture relationships with key dealers and introducers: Strengthen partnerships to deliver tailored car finance solutions that meet client needs.
  • Identify and onboard new partners: Open fresh business channels to drive growth and expand our client’s network.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of finance products and lending panels: Offer best‑fit solutions that align with client goals and market trends.
  • Use HubSpot (CRM) to manage your pipeline: Track performance metrics and ensure you consistently hit targets.
  • Represent our client at automotive events and industry shows: Build brand presence and foster new opportunities in the market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Ensure a smooth, premium client journey from start to finish by working closely with colleagues.
  • Provide white‑glove service to VIP clients: Deliver exceptional experiences that exceed expectations and build loyalty.
What you’ll bring
