A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a well-established and growing womenswear fast fashion supplier to the UK high street. As the business sets ambitious targets for 2025, they are looking to expand their team with a dynamic Account Manager to help drive growth and strengthen relationships with key retail partners.
This is an exciting time to join the business as they continue to scale. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing one or two key accounts. You’ll focus on upselling, overseeing the critical path, managing deliveries, and building strong, lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day activity across key retail accounts
- Maximise opportunities through upselling and strategic account growth
- Oversee the full critical path to ensure timely delivery
- Liaise with Far East factories and internal teams to manage production and delivery timelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and stakeholders
- Support the wider commercial team and contribute to long-term account planning
- Recent and proven experience in womenswear account management with a fast fashion high street supplier/manufacturer
- A strong track record of upselling and growing retail accounts
- Solid knowledge of the critical path process and experience working with Far East suppliers
- Previous management or team leadership experience
- Full eligibility to work in the UK and be commutable to Manchester
