Our Restaurant Team Leaders

play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our Restaurants - delivering tasty food, ensuring food hygiene, mentoring our Restaurant Customer Advisors, and supporting the management team.

Responsibilities

  1. Supporting and coaching other staff members and deputising for management in their absence.
  2. Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with various transactions.
  3. Working alongside the team to ensure staff efficiency, covering all stations effectively, and maintaining high service standards.
  4. Driving sales through customer interactions and promoting the benefits of the Dobbies Club membership.
  5. Ensuring compliance with restaurant operational procedures, monitoring standards, and following company guidelines.
  6. Assisting with customer queries using high-quality product knowledge, including allergies and dietary requirements.
  7. Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant.
  8. Some keyholder responsibilities may be required.
