Dobbies is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to drive efficient stock control and high standards across our stores. You will supervise unloading, stock checks, and warehouse housekeeping, while supporting the management team to deliver excellent customer service.
In this fast-paced role you will coach colleagues, deputise for the stock controller when needed, and occasionally work on the shopfloor, taking on difficult stock and lifting tasks as required.
