We are on the hunt for a talented Accounts Assistant to join our Finance (Accounts Payable) team and help us champion garden living. You will be working within the Accounts Payable team processing invoices, purchase orders and handling enquiries. You will provide great customer service to our suppliers whilst building strong relationships across the business.
Responsibilities
- Recording and updating purchase ledger invoices on our system
- Processing invoices and preparing for payment
- Completing regular supplier statement reconciliations
- Building relationships with suppliers
- Investigating queries by communicating with our various departments and stores
