Coffee Shop Manager | Hungerford | Full-Time | Dobbies Garden Centres
If you're an experienced hospitality manager, restaurant manager, or café / Coffee Shop manager looking for your next role, this could be for you.
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll run the day-to-day coffee shop operation: leading the team, hitting sales targets whilst keeping food quality, hygiene and service standards high.
What You'll Do
- Manage the busy coffee shop day-to-day, putting customers first
- Build a great place to work, coaching your team and supporting their development with Dobbies
- Drive a brilliant customer experience across the coffee shop
- Liaise with central support teams on stock, supply, and communication
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulations
What We're Looking For
- Proven management experience in a coffee shop, café, or restaurant environment
- Commercial awareness: comfortable managing budgets and driving profitability
- A strong coach: able to identify training needs and develop your team
- Adaptable and calm under pressure, especially during busy seasonal periods
