We are building a Store Renewal Squad to support our refit project, renovating and refreshing some of our stores. Your base stores will be Bury St Edmunds and Royston. This role is field-based and requires frequent travel.
While refit experience is not mandatory, it would be advantageous. The role involves manual labour, so flexibility and teamwork are essential. You will work under a Project Lead and alongside a large team to execute the refit plan.
Our store renewals will commence shortly, and we are looking for you to be available immediately.
Responsibilities
- Stock pricing
- Visual merchandising
- Housekeeping and standards
- Replenishment
- Following set-up guides and planograms
- Supporting store refits and delivering merchandising standards

- Store operations run smoothly with minimal customer impact
- Health & Safety standards are maintained
- Effective communication with store teams and maintenance colleagues, fostering a \”one team\” approach
- Stores are clean and organized
