We have an exciting opportunity for a People Administrator to join our People Team, supporting our Central Support Office (CSO) in Lasswade.
This is a varied role for an organised administrator who enjoys providing excellent customer service and delivering a great colleague experience.
Working closely with the wider People Team, you will provide administrative support across a range of People activities, gaining exposure to the full employee lifecycle.
This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their skills and build a career in HR.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first line support for the People Team ticket desk and shared email inboxes, reviewing and resolving queries where possible.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate People Team specialist and support the resolution process.
- Carry out system administration, including regular maintenance and administrative tasks across People systems.
- Support the People Business Partner with administrative tasks across the full employee lifecycle.
- Assist the People Experience Team with recruitment activities, onboarding processes, learning and development administration, and the coordination of external training.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Payroll Team by assisting with query resolution and system support.
- Monitor and maintain employee compliance documentation, ensuring records are accurate, complete and up to date.
- Produce reports as required to support decision making.
- Contribute to People projects and initiatives, gaining valuable exposure to the wider People Team strategy.

- Previous administration experience, ideally within a People Team or customer-focused environment.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
