Our Horticulture Experts play an essential role in delivering customer experience across our stores β driving sales, promoting customer loyalty, providing excellent plant advice, and maintaining department standards, whilst working alongside the Horticulture Manager.
Responsibilities
- Supporting and coaching other members of staff and deputising for management in their absence.
- Demonstrating effective leadership by working alongside the horticulture team to create a positive working environment.
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with various transactions across the store.
- Driving sales through customer interactions, while promoting the benefits of the Dobbies Club membership.
- Offering support with customer queries through high-quality product knowledge, including indoor and outdoor plants, machinery, and core gardening.
- Working with your team to ensure the department is maintained to a high standard.
- Some key holder responsibilities may be required.
