We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our Customer team based in our Central Support Office in Lasswade. This is a customer focused role focused on delivering first class marketing communications across the full marketing mix, that are on brand, drive footfall and deliver a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • To play a key role in developing and implementing stand out customer messaging and communications across all areas of the business.
  • Briefing and managing design, art working and printer briefs/specs of print and point of sale with our in-house Studio.
  • Briefing external agencies to produce marketing materials across a range of channels including (but not exclusively) print, point of sale, digital screens, emails, social and packaging.
  • Working with the Head of Campaigns & In-store Communications to forward plan marketing campaigns & develop the messaging & assets required to deliver these.
  • Working closely with the wider cross functional teams (Commercial, Ops, Finance) to input into & develop the range review information, mock shop set ups, set up guides & further store comms.
  • Working closely with the wider Commercial teams to support on new products & promotions, both development & execution, including (but not exclusively) point of sale, in-store comms & packaging.
  • Working closely with our content & photography team on briefing key content creation, including lifestyle photography, video content, for use across multiple channels.
  • Work with the Digital team to agree messaging, images & content for homepage call outs, dedicated campaign landing pages & how-to advice pages.
  • Produce clear and concise briefing documents, supplier guidelines and store communications for all marketing campaigns, print, point of sale and packaging.
  • Maintain the company trade plan in line with key commercial messages and marketing campaigns to ensure fully integrated, multi channel campaigns.
  • Support the PR function with messaging, content and assets as required.
  • Managing the creative and print sign off process as well as budget tracking, sign off and raising of POs.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring that brand guidelines and tone of voice is always on brand.
