We have an exciting opportunity for a Display Planner to join our B&M team based in our Central Support Office in Lasswade. This role involves creating and maintaining planograms at Dobbies, bringing product ranges to life, and providing our store colleagues with visually appealing display options and commercially viable plans at a micro level. Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, positive, and customer-focused, with data-driven decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage category planograms
- Create and present analysis using space software
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to deliver company KPIs
- Identify and flag potential issues
- Follow critical path and adhere to timelines
- Present and sign off work as part of the wider category management process
- Communicate plans to stores via PDF
- Support layout planning with planogram options and fixture requirements
- Ensure store compliance through timely interventions
- Improve and innovate on-shelf merchandising principles
