Responsibilities
- Deliver inspirational gardening standards through excellent service and promote customer loyalty.
- Drive sales through customer interactions while promoting the benefits of the Dobbies Club membership.
- Provide excellent plant advice and answer customer queries with high‑quality product knowledge, including indoor and outdoor plants, machinery and core gardening items.
