Responsibilities

  • Deliver inspirational gardening standards through excellent service and promote customer loyalty.
  • Drive sales through customer interactions while promoting the benefits of the Dobbies Club membership.
  • Provide excellent plant advice and answer customer queries with high‑quality product knowledge, including indoor and outdoor plants, machinery and core gardening items.
  • Work with your team to ensure the department is kept to a high standard.
  • Support various shopfloor duties, including stock handling, cash handling, till work, take‑to‑car deliveries, stock control routines, and restaurant service.
