Job Description
We have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced skilled Butchers seeking to progress their career by joining us in the role of Trainee Assistant Manager located at our superb butchery and delicatessen located within Dobbies Garden Centre at Woodcote Green. Working closely with the Shop Manager and the Butchery and Delicatessen team and with the support of senior management with a wealth of knowledge and experience, you will be provided with the training required to progress your career developing into the role of Assistant Manager.
The ideal candidate will be fully competent in all aspects of butchery with excellent butchery and display standards to work together with colleagues providing premium quality products and service to our valued customers.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a skilled butcher in a busy retail environment
- Commercial awareness and confidence balancing shop performance with customer service
- Passion for product development and delivering premium quality produce
- Drive, enthusiasm and pride in high standards
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience
