Our Restaurant Team Leaders play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our Restaurants β delivering tasty food, maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, and mentoring our Restaurant Customer Advisors while supporting the management team.
We are looking for someone confident in leading the front of house, yet flexible enough to support in the kitchen regularly, from cooking to baking, and assisting wherever the team needs it most.
Responsibilities
- Supporting and coaching team members and deputising for management in their absence.
- Supporting kitchen operations on a flexible basis, preparing and presenting food in line with menu specifications.
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with various transactions across the restaurant.
- Working alongside the team to ensure staff efficiency, covering all stations effectively, and maintaining high service standards.
- Driving sales through customer interactions and promoting the benefits of the Dobbies Club membership.
- Ensuring compliance with restaurant operational procedures, monitoring standards, and following company guidelines.
- Assisting with customer queries using high-quality product knowledge, including allergies and dietary requirements.
- Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant with your team.
- Possibly taking on keyholder responsibilities.
