Packing & Dispatch Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Packing & Dispatch Assistant to join our Marketing team based on-site in our Central Support Office in Lasswade. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on person to support our Marketing department with the printing and preparation of materials for our stores. No specific skills or experience required; just a strong work ethic and a willingness to get stuck in. This is a practical, post-room style role that keeps our store campaigns running smoothly week to week.

Responsibilities

• Printing marketing and campaign materials for our stores
• Cutting materials to size
• Sorting items by store or campaign
• Packing materials ready for dispatch
• Moving completed packs downstairs ready for collection
• Prepping materials and stock for the following week's campaign

Who we are looking for

• Someone hard-working and reliable
• Careful and detail-oriented when handling and cutting marketing materials
• Comfortable with repetitive, physical tasks
• Available all day Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for the full 4-6 week period
