Guidant Global is seeking a Talent Resourcing Partner for a hybrid Midlands-based role with regular travel to client locations. You will act as the key link between clients, candidates, suppliers and internal teams to ensure the right talent is supplied at the right time.
You will manage high-volume recruitment across multiple locations, build strong stakeholder relationships, and conduct weekly onsite client visits to understand workforce needs while partnering with sourcing and onboarding.
