Do Health in London is seeking a Staff Backend Engineer to join the founding team. This role is hybrid, with around three days per week in person, and you will own major backend features end-to-end within a small, fast-moving team.
You will shape architecture, scale blood testing infrastructure across the UK and beyond, and build production AI systems that personalise longitudinal health data. Direct collaboration with product, design and clinical teams is core to delivering real user impact.
