The Warehouse Supervisor will serve as a role model to ensure the exceptional DO & CO quality is delivered on time with maximum efficiency in accordance with customer requirements.
Control all daily activities such as pick‑up times, truck checks according to manifest, working accurately under tight deadlines. Ensure flights are loaded onto correct trucks as per allocation sheet. Work closely with Transport and Dispatch departments to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of goods to aircraft. Ensure operations adhere to all SOPs and all relevant Critical Control Points, Health and Safety, Food safety and all legal requirements. Provide reports on productivity and other performance indicators to management. Drive success by proactively managing team performance, providing development and succession planning opportunities.
