- Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
- Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, both in working methods and personal hygiene
- Maintains standards by training staff and developing them.
- Accomplishes staff job results by coaching and training.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing and adhering to company legal regulations.
- Supporting Pastry Assembly Manager to run the operation and ensuring all the standards are met.
