The Lounge Supervisor at Heathrow Airport will focus on the Front of House operation whilst the Lounge is open and liaise with the kitchen to ensure all the required standards are met at all times. They will also support all management areas of the operations too when required.
Additionally, the Lounge Supervisor will be expected to be part of the FB service delivery and attend to passengers as part of the attendant team.
