Manage and lead the security team, ensuring clear direction, feedback, and development. Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with aviation security regulations. Plan and monitor labour hours, ensuring coverage within budget. Handle administrative tasks. Liaise with managers and stakeholders to maintain compliance and resolve issues.
