Key Responsibilities

  • Support the people administration of the Airside operation, ensuring the admin team achieves the budgeted spend for the department.
  • Control the Absence Management process for the Airside Operation by ensuring all employees have a return to work meeting completed, following specific triggers, managing the process through Absence Management meetings and improvement notices.
  • Oversee labour and hours forecasting and management, including corrections and liaison with payroll and workforce management teams.
  • Complete daily, weekly and monthly corrections and support the review of all overtime before submission to payroll.
  • Liaise with the WFM team to ensure the shift plan is created, double‑checked and finalized.
  • Act as a key partner in running the Airside operation by working closely with HR, Payroll and Airside management teams.
  • Manage holidays for the Airside department, reviewing entitlements, authorizing and monitoring control.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the Flight Co‑ordinator’s daily queries, complaints and requests.
  • Order uniforms for the Airside team.
  • Assist in the collection and collation of new‑starter paperwork and processing of all relevant information.
  • Liaise with the Transport compliance team regarding compliance and planning trackers and databases for the Airside team.
  • Ensure the area of operation is a safe place to work and model adherence to all policies (Site Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Environmental and Security).
  • Provide exceptionally high‑class service to customers, delivering goods on time to specification and accurate handover.
  • Takes responsibility for all actions, supports the team, and celebrates successes as a family.
