DO & CO Group is seeking a Chinese Chef to oversee production of Chinese cuisine in our luxury catering unit. You will lead a kitchen team, ensure DO & CO standards, and work with the Executive Chef team to develop new menu designs in response to customer needs.
You will train and coach staff, monitor costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining exceptional quality and consistency.
