Our production unit takes pride in offering top-tier luxury airline catering that is both elegant and sophisticated. Our team is dedicated to crafting a one-of-a-kind experience that is attractive to even the most discerning passengers. We focus on providing exceptional quality, first-class service, and an exquisite range of menu options that are sure to impress.
Making a note of our lounge guest food requests
- Serving of food and beverages to lounge guests
- Clearing and setting up of tables for dining purposes
- Maintaining the buffet β replenishing food items, explaining dishes on the buffet and assisting with service
- Polishing of cutlery, crockery, and glassware
- Ability to describe dishes offered on the buffet and a la carte menu explaining the allergens
- Attend to passenger queries and complaints
- Consult the supervisors and managers as and when required
- Liaise with the bar person and culinary team with regards to food and drinks orders
- Ensuring that all food and beverage related services are provided as per Qatar Airways standards (these will be provided during the service training provided by Qatar Airways management)
- Assisting the cleaning team in the lounge and back-of-house areas during non-passenger usage.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years hospitality experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great Team player
- Attention to details and the ability to work fast under pressure
- Self-motivated attitude
- Confident working in a team
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Flexibility in regards to your work availability is essential, as the Lounge operates 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
