Ensure the delivery of exceptional DO & CO quality on time at Heathrow Airport with maximum efficiency, in accordance with customer requirements. Manage daily activities such as pick-up times, updating the flight coordinator log sheet, check sheets, and delivery notes. Prepare adequate handovers to crew by submitting all paperwork, briefing on menu changes, SPML requests, etc. Control the truck after offloading, ensuring the amount of loaded and offloaded carts match. Verify correct packing and seal trolleys prior to departure from the site. Collaborate with Transport and Dispatch to ensure smooth delivery of goods to aircraft. Represent DO & CO in daily communications with customers and work closely with aircraft crew to confirm correct delivery of goods. Adhere to SOPs, Critical Control Points, Health and Safety, Food Safety, and legal requirements. Establish systems to ensure product quality, resolve problems with solutions, and initiate continuous improvement. Provide productivity and performance reports to management. Manage team performance proactively, offering development and succession planning opportunities.
Qualifications
- Valid full UK driving license, especially for manual vehicles.
