Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes. Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, both in working methods and personal hygiene. Maintains standards by training staff and developing them. Accomplishes staff job results by coaching and training. Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing and adhering to company legal regulations. Supporting Pastry Assembly Manager to run the operation and ensuring all the standards are met. Always looking to exceed targets and expectations as well as improve own skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Experience and a proven background in Catering / Kitchen environment.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently and or within a productive team.
  • Familiarity with working with employees from a variety of cultural and language backgrounds.
  • Passion for high-end cuisine, love for food and motivation to deliver exceptional service.
  • Well presented, professional individual with a can-do, positive attitude that indulges in team success.
  • Flexible in the way you think and adapting quickly and efficiently to stressful situations.
