We are seeking a data‐driven and detail‐oriented Data Analyst to join our DO & CO airline catering team in London. This role plays a vital part in supporting our operational performance through insightful analysis and data‐driven decision‐making. Initially focused on workforce analytics, the role will evolve to provide analytical support across broader business areas, including operations, finance, and customer performance. The successful candidate will help turn complex data into clear insights that drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workforce Analysis: Analyse workforce data to identify trends, forecast resource needs, and support effective labour planning. Work closely with HR and Operations to optimise staffing levels, shift patterns, and productivity. Monitor KPIs such as labour costs, overtime, absenteeism, and efficiency metrics.
  • Operational & Business Analytics: Develop reports and dashboards that provide visibility into operational performance, including production, logistics, and customer delivery metrics. Support cross‐departmental projects with data insights and performance tracking. Conduct root cause analyses to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
  • Reporting & Data Management: Design, automate, and maintain regular reporting structures for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across various systems. Present clear and actionable insights through data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Support: Partner with HR, Operations, Finance, and senior management to understand data requirements and deliver tailored insights. Communicate analytical findings effectively to both technical and non‐technical audiences. Support a data‐driven culture by promoting the use of analytics in decision‐making processes.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities to enhance data collection, reporting processes, and analytical capabilities. Support the implementation of new tools and technologies that improve data quality and accessibility. Contribute to the ongoing development of data models and performance frameworks across the organisation.
Qualifications
  • Essential: Previous experience in a data analysis or reporting environment. Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments. Proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Desirable: Understanding of workforce management systems or HR analytics. Education in data analysis, business management, statistics, or a related field. Familiarity with KPIs such as labour productivity, cost efficiency, and service level adherence.
