EAA Critical Services
- Acting as the first point of contact for all British Airways Aircraft movements (ACM) and Engineering teams queries relating to Towing and Aircraft ground movements.
- Monitor and control aircraft towing activities in conjunction with Transport Airside offload supervisor.
- Representing DO & CO at daily BA Towing meetings as you will be responsible to communicate the status of deâcatering activities as part of the BA base towing operation.
- Working closely with Transport ops & AOCC teams departments to ensure smooth and efficient deâcatering of aircrafts to ensure the BA operation is not impacted.
- Monitoring systems and communicating with Transport Ops & AOCC teams about status of Aircraft Towing from base to stand and potential impact outbound flights.
- Monitoring SH Bulk 541 Operations to ensure Box trucks are dispatching and returning on time. Communicating any delays to all relevant departments both landside within the unit and airside.
- Overlook the Transport operations airside and providing all relevant information back to Transport ops & AOCC teams.
- Ensuring Transport operations adhere to all SOP's and ALL relevant Airside Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Airside Loaders
- Oversee and manage the daily Airside loader model delivery plan.
- Plan, monitor and manage the allocation of Airside loaders to flights to ensure on time departure of flights.
- Manage and communicate with Airside loader shuttle drivers to ensure loader delivery plan remains on schedule.
- Act as main point of contact regarding incidents and issues regarding Airside loaders.
- Act as contingency in the event of airside incidents which may require you to attend flights to act as a loader and load flights.
- Defining systems of working to ensure problems are resolved with solutions and continuous improvement initiatives are instigated.
- Monitoring and reporting all Transport activities to the Transport management team.
- Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with our customers, ensuring the provision of a positive and professional service that elevates the DO & CO reputation and any highlighted problems have an implemented solution.
- Driving success by ensuring the customer is receiving exceptional service and all requests are met.
- Proactively taking steps to ensure own skills and knowledge continue to improve in all aspects including technical and leadership.
- Maintaining good working relationships with all DO & CO family members as well as our partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Forward, strategic thinking representative always looking to exceed targets and expectations of the unit whilst maintaining the collectiveness of the team and culture of DO & CO.
