Job Description
- Manage and lead the security team, ensuring clear direction, feedback, and development.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with aviation security regulations.
- Plan and monitor labour hours, ensuring coverage within budget.
- Handle administrative tasks.
- Liaise with managers and stakeholders to maintain compliance and resolve issues.
- Prepare for audits and inspections, ensuring SOPs and compliance standards are met.
- Provide accurate reports on productivity, compliance, and KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement and problem resolution.
- Build strong relationships across departments and act as a role model.
