DO & CO is seeking a dynamic and driven Live Event Production Manager to spearhead the delivery of unparalleled customer experiences within the elite Formula 1 Paddock Club and our most exclusive Special Projects. This isn’t a role for the faint of heart — it’s a high-octane challenge for someone ready to execute premium hospitality, ignite brand activations, and orchestrate live event spectacles on a global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Mastering Global Logistics: Strategically deploying event assets and kits, ensuring flawless execution across diverse international venues.
  • Engineering Experiences: From initial space design through to on-site build and breakdown, you’ll be instrumental in shaping breathtaking environments.
  • Commanding Collaboration: Serving as the central hub, you’ll unite a diverse network of suppliers – including advanced AV teams, intricate build partners, and critical logistics – alongside internal DO & CO teams.
  • Executing Under Pressure: On-site, you’ll be the decisive leader, adept at navigating real-time changes, resolving technical hurdles, and fulfilling client needs with precision during live events.
  • Forging Alliances: Collaborating intensely with F1 operations, creative teams, and project stakeholders to construct cohesive, impactful event narratives.
  • Innovating for Excellence: Continuously enhancing processes, streamlining operational flows, and optimizing inventory to elevate every future project.

Qualifications

  • A solid track record in event production, project coordination, or experiential delivery, ideally within the demanding worlds of sports, luxury hospitality, or large-scale live productions.
  • A sharp grasp of spatial planning, temporary structures, and the complex mechanics of event builds.
  • The essential capability to manage tight timelines, diverse suppliers, and concurrent workstreams with unwavering focus.
  • Crystal-clear communication skills, crucial for navigating high-pressure situations.
  • Fluent English is non-negotiable (additional languages are a distinct advantage!).
  • A genuine readiness for extensive international travel.
  • While AutoCAD is beneficial, your organizational prowess and solution-oriented mindset are paramount.
