We focus on providing exceptional quality, first-class service, and an exquisite range of menu options that are sure to impress.Responsibilities Responsible for the creation, development and implementation of environmental strategies, policies, and action plansBe the pioneer on sustainable procurement for all goods and servicesCoordinate all aspects of pollution control, waste management, recycling, environmental health, conservation, and renewable energyEnsure compliance with all relevant environmental legislationRepresent DO&CO in all environmental issues while liaising with relevant bodies such as local authorities, public and competent bodiesAudit, analyse and report environmental performance to internal, external clients and regulatory bodiesDirect and supervise impact assessments to identify, evaluate and reduce our environmental risks and financial costs to the businessPromote and raise awareness across the business of the impact of emerging environmental issuesImplement best practice in areas of corporate, ethical, and social responsibility and address any issues arisingDevelop and implement environmental management systems to continually improve the impact of the organisation on the environmentQualifications Demonstrable experience working in sustainability and the environmentGood understanding of major sustainability disclosure frameworks (such as GRI, SASB, CDP, Ecovadis)ISO 14001Experience in supporting projects to understand and improve environmental and social supply chain impactsSelf-motivation, resilience, and a positive change champion for DO & CO in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptingMeticulous attention to detail and precise record keeping skillsBuild strong relationships with colleagues, mentoring and motivating, creating a team spirit, encouraging them to be at their bestAbility to influence different departments to suggest, implement and track more efficient processesYou are a clear and engaging communicator, strong written and verbal EnglishExperience working with diverse functions and people to deliver projects on time with high qualityAdditional Information We believe that our employees are the driving force behind our success and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
