Ben jij op zoek naar een betekenisvolle baan waarin je als Huishoudelijk Medewerker in de Thuiszorg een verschil kunt maken? Wij bieden jou een sociale baan, waarbij je veel contact hebt met verschillende cliënten. Het is een baan met veel flexibiliteit – jij geeft zelf je (wisselende) beschikbaarheid door. De Nieuwe Zorg Thuis werkt van maandag t/m vrijdag en jouw werktijden liggen tussen 08:00 en 17:00 uur, het zou ook kunnen op zaterdag tussen 09:00 en 12:00 uur.
Als Huishoudelijk Medewerker draag je bij aan het welzijn van onze cliënten door het uitvoeren van huishoudelijke taken bij hen thuis. Het kan tijdelijke of langdurige ondersteuning betreffen door ziekte, ouderdom, handicap of na een operatie. Iedere medewerker is van toegevoegde waarde en van essentieel belang voor onze cliënten. Werken als hulp in de huishouding is niet alleen schoonmaken; de klant zit ook om een praatje. Je hulp wordt enorm gewaardeerd!
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Stofzuigen, dweilen en reinigen van de woning
- Schoonmaken van diverse ruimtes, waaronder woonkamer, slaapkamer(s), keuken, badkamer en toilet
- Aandacht voor de individuele behoeften van de cliënt en het afstemmen van jouw werkzaamheden daarop
Wat bieden wij:
- Een passend salaris op basis van de CAO VVT
- 8% vakantiegeld
- 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering
- Fietsvergoeding €1,41 per dag
Wat verwachten wij:
- Beschikbaarheid voor minimaal 3 uur per week en maximaal 24 uur per week
- Zelfstandigheid en flexibiliteit in jouw werkzaamheden

Contractduur: Je start met een contract van 12 maanden. Bevalt het ons allebei goed, dan krijg je daarna een vast contract.
Salaris: €14,71 – €17,65 per uur
Aanvullende vergoedingen: 13e maand, Overuren uitbetaald, Vakantiegeld
