Our Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Proposals Coordinator to join our dedicated Bid and Proposals Team based in Leicestershire, on a maternity cover basis. You will be responsible for supporting the preparation of proposals for both Government, Public and Private sector clients.
Your Responsibilities
You will be an integral member of bid teams, providing end-to-end support for Bid Managers and the bid process, to produce and deliver cost effective, high-quality and compliant bid responses.
- Support the Bid Managers on large value strategically important and complex bids
- Unpick ITT’s, define response requirements and develop bid submission plans to ensure submissions are fully compliant with the tender requirements
- Facilitate and support bid decisions ensuring win themes are communicated clearly to create impactful well-structured and compelling proposals
- Prepare and manage the bid team schedule, including organising and facilitating progress review meetings
- Collaborate and work closely with members of the wider technical project teams
- Carry out debriefings with clients and internal response teams to learn lessons and implement improvements
- Maintain library of proposal collateral to ensure its accuracy, taking corrective action where appropriate
