Our Opportunity

Reporting to the Digital Portfolio Manager, you will take end‑to‑end ownership of a defined cluster of digital products within DNV’s portfolio. You will be accountable for commercial performance, product direction, and technical outcomes, while operating at a level of detail appropriate for products that are actively evolving. As part of a growing and ambitious product function, you’ll also play a key role in defining how products are managed at DNV. With a broad and dynamic scope from day one, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape both the product direction and your own development over time.

What You’ll Do

    • Define clear acceptance criteria and lead UAT in partnership with engineering and quality teams
    • Monitor product health metrics and drive continuous improvement through data‑informed iteration
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Engage directly with customers, internal service lines, and senior stakeholders to identify needs and communicate progress
    • Partner with engineering teams to translate product requirements into deliverable specifications
    • Represent your products in portfolio‑level governance, reporting outcomes, risks and roadmap dependencies
  • Function Building
    • Support the Digital Portfolio Manager in establishing product governance frameworks, templates, and ways of working
    • Contribute to portfolio‑level reporting and KPI tracking, ensuring visibility across leadership
    • Champion best practices across engineering and commercial teams in the region
