Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the team, fostering a customer‑centric, accountable, and growth‑oriented culture.
Define and execute the cloud sales strategy, including market positioning, target segments, go‑to‑market plans, revenue objectives, and growth initiatives.
Own the sales pipeline and commercial performance, driving opportunities from prospecting through negotiation and contract signature while consistently delivering against revenue targets.
Act as a player‑coach by personally leading strategic customer engagements, executive‑level negotiations, and complex cloud transformation opportunities.
Design and optimize scalable sales processes, KPIs, forecasting, and governance frameworks to improve efficiency, predictability, and business performance.
Build strategic relationships and partnerships with customers, industry stakeholders, and route‑to‑market partners to accelerate growth and strengthen market presence.
