What you will do
- Act as the technical expert for Weather Data and Power Forecasting products, supporting sales, product development, and customer success.
- Deliver technical product demonstrations and presentations to customers and prospects globally.
- Provide training to internal teams and customers on product usage and industry concepts.
- Support sales and customer success teams by addressing technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction, and providing actionable feedback to the product team for continuous improvement.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback, translate technical requirements into actionable insights, and ensure seamless product evolution and integration to meet market needs.
- Contribute to product discovery and delivery by validating technical elements and shaping new features.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and integration guidelines in partnership with product and go-to-market teams.
- Share insights and thought leadership at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications
- Educational background in Meteorology or another relevant field such as Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: renewable energy (solar or wind), utilities and grid operations, energy trading and market analytics, power generation and asset management, or meteorological and weather data service providers.
- Proven track record applying meteorology or engineering principles to: power forecasting models, weather or energy data analysis, energy trading, grid operations or dispatching, optimization of power generation assets, or meteorological and weather data.
- Understanding of statistics and probabilistic forecasting methods.
- Familiarity with APIs and associated testing tools such as Postman.
- Scripting capability using Python or similar languages.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering technical product demonstrations and training in a commercial setting.
- Experience collaborating with product teams to shape features and roadmap decisions.
- Ability to represent the company externally through technical articles, webinars, or speaking engagements at industry events.
