With a strong focus on quality assurance, stakeholder communication, and commercial awareness, you will help drive innovation and successfully deliver our services in a rapidly evolving energy landscape.

Local Unit & Position Description

As part of the DNV Technology Centre Groningen, the Gas & Emission Analytics team supports a broad range of customers, primarily in the gas industry sector. Our consultants, engineers, laboratory technicians, and analysts deliver services related to gaseous energy carriers such as hydrogen, natural gas, synthetic gases, biogases, and emission gases. With ISO 17025 accreditation for our operational environment, our methodologies are traceable to the highest national and international standards.

Our service portfolio includes a wide range of laboratory-based quality measurement capabilities. In addition to laboratory services, we perform on-site gas quality measurements and performance compliance testing for gas technologies. These services support operational excellence and help verify compliance with industry standards.

We are highly involved in the energy transition with for example CO₂ composition analysis to support Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) initiatives. Our team actively contributes to solving industry challenges through Joint Industry Projects (JIPs), working collaboratively with clients to develop innovative and practical solutions. As the energy landscape evolves with the introduction of biogas, Hydrogen, LNG, and other alternatives, our work ensures the safe, affordable, and reliable transport, distribution, and end-use of gas. Understanding gas composition and performance is essential to securing a sustainable and resilient gas industry.

A challenging and varied job in a dynamic environment. Naturally, the position is rewarded appropriately to your experience, including good benefits. This position offers the prospect of a permanent job.
