- Develop sales plans and forecasts for the services such as ISO 13485, MDR, IVDR, MDSAP, Public Training etc. in Greater China, analyse local market needs and expectations, and provide input for defining and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Drive sales actions by developing contacts and approaching new potential strategic customers in the medical devices sector, promoting DNV Product Assurance AS services aligned with market strategies and goals.
- Ensure DNV visibility with clients, manage customer relationships to improve retention, and handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Prepare and provide activity measurement reports (contacts, sales calls, follow-ups, quotes, etc.) as required.
- Assess financial results of sales activities on a continual basis and provide input on pricing policies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Contribute to developing and maintaining a network of channels to support lead generation and business growth.
- Dedicate at least 50% of weekly activities to visiting prospects, customers, and channels within the assigned region.
- Participate in local communication actions such as external events, trade shows, conferences, and workshops organised by the Marketing Communications team.
