About Maritime: We help enhance the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of our customers in the global shipping industry, covering all vessel types and mobile offshore units. As a partner to industry, we offer services in testing, certification, training, and technical advisory through the energy value chain. That means we’re continually investing heavily into R&D for new services and solutions while proactively assessing what the industry needs today and tomorrow.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and prepare presentations and documents to assist the sales team in maintaining a register of current commercial contracts.
  • Identify sales opportunities from data.
  • Support the sales team and communications team with arranging and following up on marketing activities such as conferences, meetings, seminars, as well as mass communication initiatives towards customers.
  • Coordinate and support the maintenance of customer addresses and contact data in the CRM to enable professional after-sales service and reliable sales performance management (e.g. Sales pipeline).

Qualifications:

  • Excellent team player, open to collaborate and share, with the ability to also get things done independently.
  • Strong communicator with a can-do attitude, organizational sensitivity, and the ability to advise and convince key stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Detail-oriented and not afraid of administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • University degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, Business or similar.
  • High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Global mindset with a profound background and experiences in Asia.

The internship is set to begin on March 24th, 2026, and will continue through August 2026. Ideally, the selected candidate will be able to commit to the full 6-month duration.
