Responsibilities
- Perform on-site quality control activities in accordance with Public Construction Quality Management regulations.
- Review the plan/report/documents provided by EPC contractor.
- Coordinate and support day-to-day site operations.
- Prepare Chinese reports and review English technical documents.
- Handle tasks and assignments as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications
- Public Construction Quality Management Personnel Certificate.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in subsea gas pipeline, offshore wind, or marine engineering projects.
- Ability to travel (including Tongxiao, Taichung, or Taipei).
- Functional English proficiency for reading technical reports and basic communication.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Education: Bachelor or above. Mechanical, civil, marine or relevant engineering discipline.
