Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site quality control activities in accordance with Public Construction Quality Management regulations.
  • Review the plan/report/documents provided by EPC contractor.
  • Coordinate and support day-to-day site operations.
  • Prepare Chinese reports and review English technical documents.
  • Handle tasks and assignments as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Public Construction Quality Management Personnel Certificate.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in subsea gas pipeline, offshore wind, or marine engineering projects.
  • Ability to travel (including Tongxiao, Taichung, or Taipei).
  • Functional English proficiency for reading technical reports and basic communication.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Education: Bachelor or above. Mechanical, civil, marine or relevant engineering discipline.
