At our new DNV office in Walvis Bay, Namibia, We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to run the day-to-day office administration and production support. You will become part of a new and growing team supporting our Maritime activities in Namibia.
We expect the right candidate to be able to be a pro-active player for the following role duties and activities:
- Handle customer registration, follow-ups, event coordination, and client meetings. Coordinate DNV services in Namibia.
- Manage office maintenance, pantry, stationery, equipment repairs, and asset register.
- Support site production including IT, PPE, and safety equipment. Administer security tasks and physical dispatches.
- Act as HSE focal point, manage crisis coordination, safety briefings, drills, audits, and compliance.
- Serve as First Aider focal point.
- Plan and coordinate site events, global visits, wellness days, and conferences. Manage branded gear, business cards, and stationery.
- Provide admin support for Salesforce, Basware, and AR/credit control.

- Higher National Diploma or Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Office Management

- Basic understanding of the maritime industry in Namibia
- Familiarity with Basware, Oracle, and Salesforce (training provided)
- Strong command of English (written and verbal)
