Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience within the industrial sector.
- Language Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in both Croatian and English.
- Auditing Expertise: Certified Lead Auditor for recognized schemes (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001), ideally with at least 2 years of hands-on auditing experience.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Ability: Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, applying a first-principles approach to problem-solving.
- Collaboration & Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to work effectively in teams and build strong professional relationships.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
- Customer Engagement: Ability to interact professionally and confidently with clients.

- Mobility & Flexibility: Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the country and region, including overnight stays and occasional travel outside normal working hours.
