AboutGSS As the internal support organization for DNV and DNV owned companies, we deliver shared services within Human Resources, Finance, IT and Real Estate & Procurement to DNV globally. Our mission is to enable DNV to grow, succeed with its business goals and improve competitiveness. Customer experience is at the core of everything we do. GSS is responsible for many of the tools, processes and daily routines that create the backbone of DNV.
Responsibilities
- Providing first-line IT software support, including Windows 11, Office 365, internal company applications, as well as performing system installation, software deployment, and basic configuration for new computers
- Preparing documentation such as IT software user manuals
- Assisting the department secretary with various administrative tasks, such as planning department events and ordering afternoon tea
- Assisting with other tasks within the department as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications
- Good English reading, writing, and communication skills; CET-6 preferred
- Currently enrolled university student majoring in computer science or a STEM-related field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong self-learning ability; proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on
- Able to work at least three days per week
