We are seeking a highly motivated IT Delivery Manager to ensure the successful delivery of Horizon products and platform services. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution, aligning multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring our clients’ needs are at the center of every solution.
The IT Delivery Manager will oversee delivery processes across key initiatives (Solar, Wind, BES, Delphi, Resource Panorama, WindFarmer, New Cluster GPM Horizon), ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery across multiple projects, managing timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary bridge between clients, stakeholders (including Green Data Products), product teams, and engineering teams.
- Ensure client requirements are clearly understood, translated into actionable plans, and delivered with excellence.
- Facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams (engineering, product, design, business).
- Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and drive issue resolution to maintain project momentum.
- Establish and improve delivery processes, ensuring scalability and continuous improvement.
- Provide clear, consistent communication to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and transparency.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to manage expectations and build trusted relationships.
- Solid project management expertise (Agile, Scrum, or similar frameworks).
- Broad understanding of different technology stacks and ability to work effectively with technical teams.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across product, design, and engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and pragmatic approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Client-centric and design-affine mindset with a passion for delivering meaningful solutions.
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the renewable energy, SaaS, or platform services domain.
- Familiarity with tools such as GitLab, Confluence, Gitlab DevOps, or similar project management software.
- Background in consulting, product delivery, or enterprise client engagement.
