About The Accelerator

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for pre-sales activities and lead the technical execution of cybersecurity projects, with a solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance requirements, and risk assessment methodologies within the maritime industry.
- Provide technical expertise and support in cybersecurity assessments, compliance, and risk management for maritime clients.
- Conduct cybersecurity services based on IEC 62443, IACS UR E26, and E27 standards.
- Lead and execute technical delivery for cybersecurity projects, including vulnerability assessments, network security reviews, and system hardening evaluations.
- Support pre-sales activities by developing technical proposals, defining project scope, and assisting with customer inquiries.
- Stay updated on maritime cybersecurity regulations and industry best practices, ensuring compliance with international standards and class rules.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop cybersecurity strategies tailored to maritime environments.
- Support the development of sales, marketing, and business development initiatives for cybersecurity services.
- Manage multiple cybersecurity projects, ensuring on-time delivery with high quality.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, with exposure to industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) security.
- At least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity design within the shipbuilding industry.
- Familiarity with IEC 62443 and cybersecurity compliance in maritime environments.
- Knowledge of IACS UR E26 & E27 requirements and their application in maritime cybersecurity assessments.
- Hands-on experience with network security, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and cybersecurity audits is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify cybersecurity risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.
- Experience with security tools and frameworks for risk assessment and compliance.
- Project management skills to monitor project status and ensure on-time delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and stakeholders effectively.
- A proactive and self-driven approach to learning and adapting to new cybersecurity challenges.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISA, GICSP, CEH, OSCP, or IEC 62443-related certifications.
- Experience working with classification societies or maritime-related cybersecurity projects.
