We are seeking a motivated and qualified candidate to join our Customer Success Team as a Customer Success Expert. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting a greener shipping environment by helping clients comply with industry regulations and achieve environmental targets. You should be service-oriented, open to feedback, confident in providing guidance and coaching, and willing to travel for work to support customers on-site.
In the role, you will:
- Coordinate and follow-up with key clients globally
- Resolve complex customer queries related to services and systems
- Ensure reported issues are resolved satisfactorily and promptly
- Serve as a single point of contact for selected clients to ensure overall satisfaction
- Guide and onboard customers, including demonstrating applications
- Develop knowledge base and best practice documentation
- Seek customer feedback and suggest system improvements
- Monitor and respond to cases via ticketing tools/helpdesk

Minimum qualifications:
- Degree in Marine, Mechanical, Naval Architecture, Environmental Studies, HSEQ, or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant maritime industry experience
- Knowledge of maritime and environmental regulations
- Fast learner with self-driven attitude
- Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Digital literacy and networking skills
