Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Admin & Developer to manage, customize, and enhance the Salesforce platform. This role blends configuration and development responsibilities to deliver scalable, efficient, and business-aligned solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration:
    • Manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets
    • Configure objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows
    • Create and maintain reports and dashboards
    • Ensure data quality, perform data imports/exports, and maintain data integrity
    • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation
    • Monitor system performance, security, and governance
  • Development:
    • Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Build and customize applications based on business requirements
    • Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
    • Write test classes and ensure code coverage and quality
    • Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance
    • Participate in code reviews and deployment processes

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components
  • Experience with Flow automation and declarative tools
  • Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and architecture
  • Knowledge of APIs and integration patterns
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (or higher)
  • Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
