Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Admin & Developer to manage, customize, and enhance the Salesforce platform. This role blends configuration and development responsibilities to deliver scalable, efficient, and business-aligned solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration:
- Manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets
- Configure objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards
- Ensure data quality, perform data imports/exports, and maintain data integrity
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation
- Monitor system performance, security, and governance
- Development:
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Build and customize applications based on business requirements
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Write test classes and ensure code coverage and quality
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance
- Participate in code reviews and deployment processes
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components
- Experience with Flow automation and declarative tools
- Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and architecture
- Knowledge of APIs and integration patterns
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (or higher)
- Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, and DevOps practices
